The
UltraPlix mail server automatically eliminates all email that it
absolutely determines to be SPAM. These 100% verified Spam emails never
reach your inbox.
There is some email that you may receive from
legitimate sources that have the characteristics of Spam and may be
tagged as such. UltraPlix will tag the Subject field of these types of
messages with “SPAM?” to let you know that the message has
characteristics associated with Spam.
This message will be routed to a
“Spam” folder in your email program for you to review. Since
Spammers constantly change their methods, there are some messages that
cannot be positively identified that will go to your inbox.

Identified virus
infected emails are stripped of the virus, and the now virus-free email
is passed on to you with a "VIRUS?" tag in the subject field.
REMEMBER THAT
NO VIRUS FILTER IS 100% PERFECT.
Internet Xpress highly recommends that you maintain a resident
anti-virus program on your
computer, keep the virus definitions current and run regular scans of
your system.
Email is not the only source of viral
infections and Internet Xpress
assumes no responsibility if your
computer becomes infected.
You will be given a new email address. For example, if your old email address
was "myemail@plix.com" or
"myemail@plixtel.com",
your new email will be "myemail@ultraplix.com".
We will forward all email from your old email address to your
new email
address for 7 days.
This means that you have 7 full days
to notify everyone that your address has changed.
