For our old and new users of our spam-filtered mail (formerly known as "ultraplix") here is the way your spam filter works:
To manange your whitelist, blacklist, and spam please go to this address https://mail.plix.com/
It will pull up an interface like the one below. Use your complete e-mail address and password to login.

You can click on "Spam Management" to
open up your Spam Options. Note that you must be subscribed to our
Spam-Filtering service to have this option enabled.

On this page (below) your spam options are available. So cllick on "View Quarantined Mail"

This is what your Quarantined Mail looks like. If you do nothing, it will automatically be deleted after 7 days. Alternatively, if you see an email from a known address that you don't want ever again to be stopped in Quarantined, click on the Subject then skip to the next picture....

Select "Whitelist and Deliver" and this sender will never be blocked again. You could also chose to permanently blacklist the individual and they won't be delivered or even show up in your Quarantined mail.

After a month or two, when you are confident that you don't need to check your quarantined mail anymore (i.e. all of the mail you want to get through is getting through), you can set your spam settings to "Normal" (top button in the middle picture). This will automatically let the server permanently delete any items it seems fit to stop and which would otherwise land in the quarantined mail folder.
